Great location, close to main attractions. Beds were comfortable. Continental breakfast available, though toaster queue can be long. Limited facilities but staff is friendly.

I got great value for my money at Motion Hostels. The room was fantastic, with a comfortable bed and a peaceful backyard. The staff treated me nicely and even had a restaurant where I could enjoy good food.
The breakfast option could have been better, offering more variety and a friendlier waiter.

The price was very affordable, making it a budget-friendly option for our romantic escape. The location was excellent, with key attractions and transportation options conveniently nearby.- We enjoyed having breakfast included in the price, even though the quality was not exceptional.
The room was extremely dirty and in poor condition, which was a major disappointment for our romantic getaway. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, failing to meet our expectations.

Location is perfect for city trip. Near the metro station and the bus station for the airport.
Smell of the cigarete smoking. It is hard to find it - no information or signs at the street.

The location was fantastic, just a 2-minute walk to the nearest metro stations and close to two big plazas. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the free sangria in the evenings and the included breakfast. it was a cheap and centrally located option for our stay in Madrid. Cons: Nothing not to love! 😊.

No kitchen or fridge available, forcing guests to eat out every night. Inadequate breakfast service with dishes running out and limited options.

I had a wonderful stay at Motion Hostels. The location was excellent, just steps away from the Callao metro stop and surrounded by cafes and shops. The beds were comfortable and the AC in the room was a lifesaver. The bathroom was clean and the shower worked perfectly. The staff, especially the cleaning ladies, were always friendly and helpful. Despite some small inconveniences, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location is perfect to discover the city, as it is centraly located.
The hotel needs serious reconstruction works. It is very old, and it doesn´t meet the standards of a 3 star hotel.
